The room was terrible. Very small space. Balcony can squish 2 people max on it. The microwave didn’t work. The bathroom was so tiny, you had to step into the shower to be able to shut the bathroom door. The toilet space was barely larger than the toilet itself which makes wiping very difficult. The coffee maker leaked. Also, the day they provide coffee pods for the machine but we got “2” pods for 4people staying in the room and one of the pods was already used. They didn’t provide enough towels in the unit so we just used our Pool towels that they make you out a deposit down for them at check in and then you have to bring them back at check-out. Some of the check-in staff were not that friendly, however all the staff we met elsewhere on the property were nice. The Wifi did not work well. They gave us a key ring with 4 different keys on it and a tag saying what unit and room number we were. 1 key was for the dead bolt and one for the knob but we tried the other keys on other things in the room like the safe and a locked cabinet etc. We never did figure out what they were for. Also, we only had the one set of keys which was annoying for us 4 suits sharing the room. Also, the knob on the bathroom was broken so you couldn’t lock the door and some of the switches and outlets didn’t work. The grounds of the hotel are amazing. They are well kept and lush and there are pools everywhere! Plus it’s a good location (Ocean & shopping). The grounds almost make up for the terrible room.
