"The hotel itself was great, but we had a hiccup with the management as they insisted that we pay for the room after we showed them the receipt that we already paid with Expedia. As soon as we got Expedia involved, they reimbursed us, but it was frustrating to deal with while tired from traveling. Other than that, the hotel itself was lovely with hot water in the shower a lovely breakfast and convenient location."

We went with the owner, Nestor, on a trip which was far better than the other organised tours. Nestor was friendly and talked us through everything to with the islands, the culture and the tourism. "The most basic thing you expect is the shower drain shouldn’t clog. I was literally standing there for 10 seconds and I had water up to my ankles. I wanted to wash my hair because it was dusty from the train and couldn’t because the drain was totally clogged. I also informed reception and all they could say is that their technical team wasn’t on duty today and would come and check it out tomorrow.
