"The outside of hotel was clean and parking lot was well maintained. However, our room looked and smelled dirty. There was hair in the bathtub and bathroom floor from previous guests. The walls and doors must never get wiped clean."

"Flight was delayed and upon arrival the doors were locked, no staff was on site, the self serve kiosk was not working, and the 24/7 virtual assistance sent me voicemail repeatedly. I had a young child with me and we had to find another hotel in the middle of the night in a foreign place."
