The west wing room was clean, huge with windows on 2 walls. The bathroom was enormous. The staff were very nice and helpful as well and the location couldn’t be more convenient.

Neptune, an Ash Hotel
The hotel is an old building (probably early 1900's?) that has been re-tooled to work with today's more modern needs. Having said that, I don't think it hit its intended goal. Graduate by Hilton Providence
The room was over 80 degrees and it smelled like cigarettes so bad it was difficult to breathe. The windows are very old and it took two people to even open them to get some air in the room. I understand it is an old building but its also listed as a luxury hotel

Aloft Providence Downtown
The most helpful and friendly staff! I stayed for the Providence marathon and they helped in so many ways. Every staff member was kind and accommodating despite the popular travel times making it even more busy than usual
