Neptune, an Ash Hotel

Graduate by Hilton Providence
The room was over 80 degrees and it smelled like cigarettes so bad it was difficult to breathe. The windows are very old and it took two people to even open them to get some air in the room. I understand it is an old building but its also listed as a luxury hotel

This is my go-to place whenever I visit my girlfriend. Every employee here treats everyone like royalty; they’re truly awesome. I’ll definitely continue to stay here. A big shoutout to the Aloft!
