Everything was good with this stay. The only issue was having to pay (Unexpectedly) $30 a day to park at the hotel. This was surprising when you dont have to pay to park at the domestic airport! Anyway nice resort but be aware that Princeville is an extremely expensive part of the Island with what must be the most expensive supermarket in North America - Foodland nearby.

I cannot recommend this resort enough.
The condo is good sized with high end full size kitchen and laundry facilities. The living room opens on to a spacious balcony through openable doors with a view of lagoon and golf course.
The fact that there is daily housekeeping is a huge plus. Estate is beautiful and close to ocean. Please bear in mind there is no beach at the hotel.
Bikes are available to take, the first hour of which is free which is helpful to see the vast resort.

We came just after the hurricane and the owner was so helpful as we had no power by cooking dinner for everyone on the first night and constantly making sure everyone’s phone was charged. Thank you so much!

Nice beach front resort. Rooms were very nice, balcony was very small. We especially liked the variation of seating around the pool area. Loved the fire pits and comfy chair options. The game room had some fun options for kids and adults to enjoy. Appreciated that the bar music and noise ended at a reasonable time to allow for good sleeping, since we overlooked the pool/bar. The only real negative was the front desk people. Their body language is to make you feel they are annoyed to be...

The hotel is really pretty and modern throughout. They have rooms in two levels so very difficult to carry luggage up the stairs. When we arrive there was a very arrogant and not helpful guy doing the check in. We felt that we were not welcome there but luckily a very kind lady apologized and gave us all the directions and informations we needed. If you get the chance, choose the room with sea view - completely worth it if you wake up for sunrise as you just need to enjoy it directly from your...

Well situated in Lihue, close to lots of amenities. 10 mins from airport. Spacious rooms. Good bed. Thought it had fridge and microwave inroom. My mistake. Not all rooms have natural light. Consider priorities. Fine for me but wouldn't suit everyone.
