"Housekeeping leaves A LOT to be desired. There was poop droplets on the bathroom floor. Shampoo and conditioner from the wall dispenser was running down the wall in the shower. There was also a 2 1/2 inch tree roach running around in there that I had to trap with a plastic cup and flush down the toilet. There was a milky white substance that stained the sofa. The desk, mirror, and bathroom counter had nasty smudges and residue on them that you could see and feel. The microwave didn't work. The view of the sunset would have been nice but my windows looked like they were covered in dried saliva. Breakfast was good, but after everything else I shudder to think of what horrors might exist in their kitchen. I would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel. I mostly certainly will not return... "

"We stayed in a suite!! The room was far from clean with dirt on the flooring. The sofa was ripped and the back pillow coming off, and the sofa bed was disgusting. The light when you entered the room flashed like a strobe light (not good when you have a family member with epilepsy). There was mold growing under the bathroom vanity and sharp broken tiles surrounding the floor. The toilet ran all night. And the kicker of the trip, NO hot water the entire stay. And now I can’t get any type of at least partial refund from Expedia or the hotel. "

"Very clean..nice place to stay over all..but the staff was very very slow at check in...went down for breakfast asked for more waffle mix..and it took 30 min by then we were done ..the lady was sitting on her phone..but the rooms were clean"

"This hotel was being remodeled. That was not noted on the site when we booked. I would not have booked if I would have known that. Everything was a mess. The majority of the parking lot appeared to be taken up by construction workers currently working on the hotel. The lobby was stripped down with the host setup on card tables. I paid extra to have my breakfast covered. They had no idea about that when I checked in. I got to the room and the toilet seemed to move a bit when you sat on it. I took a shower and there was pubic hair on the wall of the shower along with no body wash...so apparently the room was not checked or cleaned well. There were several exit doors propped open by construction workers which would have allowed people to access the building without key cards. That is a security issue I'd believe. The next morning there was no one visible near the breakfast area. I did have vouchers but no one to give them to. Upon getting our food the cook lady came out very upset asking us for our vouchers. Then she proceeded to complain to everyone in the area about they couldn't get enough help, etc. The pool was nice for my kids to play in. This place was not good. I do not recommend."
