"Good hotel in good location."

"The motel is quaint and cute; however, there was no laundry, no continental breakfast, and the parking is super inconvenient. The garages are tiny and if you get a room on the street side, you have to unload and try to safely get your car into the garage with traffic going by. There are no screens on the windows. There is also no AC. It's a cute, little place, but there are so many more convenient options (with parking lots) close by."

"Staff was great and very helpful, parking the car to go check in was a pain, stressful and not a lot of room and line was going out to the street. Hotel was nice inside, didn’t realize there was no microwave in the room which was a bummer and we had to call to figure out if there were blackout curtains because we couldn’t see them or the chain to draw them"

"Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and spacious. Located on the main road it had excellent access to the Presidio and public transport to Downtown and the water front. There was a large selection of eating places within easy walking distance on Chestnut. Unfortunately, the hotel’s proximity to the main road meant a constant loud traffic noise which extended through the night. Sleep was very interrupted despite purchasing ear plugs. Our room was next to the elevator- noisy No carpets deadened the sounds coming through the floor from the rooms above or the rooms next door -noisy. The bedroom balcony was automatically lit at night which shone through the inadequate curtains and the access door did not prevent any traffic noise. Altogether a disappointing stay which was a shame as the staff, location and parking were excellent."
