"Rooms were cleaned. Staff very nice . The pool is very small . And the stairs were hard for my sister who has MS had a difficult time . I asked the lady when I checked in if she had a down stairs. She wast very nice about it . Kinda just blew it off . Other than that everyone was great ."

"Air conditioner froze up and leaked into hallway leading from bedroom. Staff responded to leaks very quickly, but could do nothing but say "don't use the air conditioner (weather was 90+ degrees). Suite was very dim/dark with all lights on. Absolutely nothing on walls. Needs art or something to give ..."
