"L'hébergement était magnifique avec des très bons lits. Cette domaine est apaisante, entre les vignerons, loin du tourisme dans la silence. Le personnel est très attentif, calme et gentil. Très bon petit déjeuner, très varié, rien à dire. Un endroit parfait pour visiter le Etna et les villages autour du Etna. Je conseille cet hébergement à tout le monde qui veut visiter le Etna dans un endroit calme et retiré."

It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. "Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire visit—they truly made us feel welcomed every step of the way. Our room was beautiful and offered a stunning view overlooking the bay. Waking up to the sunrise and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the sea right from our room was such a special experience. The concierge team was also fantastic, helping us easily arrange excursions and transfers....

"Overall the hotel was ok. The room was very warm even with the fan on so sleeping was difficult. Being on the first floor I could open the doors but I did not want to leave the. Open while sleeping or while it was raining. It rained my entire stay. Location was ok even being outside city centre. Having a rental car would be difficult to park if you are not familiar with the area."

"We enjoyed our stay at Zash. It's an excellent hotel. The restaurant has great dinner offerings and an amazing breakfast. The service was next level. Two things that were not problems for us but something you should generally be aware of is that the hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere. If you dont have a car, it might make things challenging. There is also a train right next to the property. It never really bothered us, but its there...and you will hear it. "

Le petit déjeuner est varié et d'une qualité exceptionnelle. La carte du restaurant est originale, et très raffinée. Je n'ai pas pu tester le service spa mais je pense qu'il en vaut le coup. Les 4* sont amplement méritées. Tout est fait pour que le séjour soit agréable. Je ne regrette pas ce passage à l'hôtel loin de la foule et du bruit."

"Ambiente des Hotels sehr schön, Zimmer in Ordnung, Bett klasse (groß und nicht zu weich), die Bäder in unseren beiden Zimmern sind wohl etwas in die Jahre gekommen). Und: wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil -> das Hotel liegt zwar tatsächlich direkt am Meer, aber keineswegs am Strand! Was wir auch nicht gefunden haben, war der angezeigte Wellnessbereich und den beschriebene Shuttle-Service gibt es lt. Auskunft der Rezeption auch nicht, leider. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nett anzusehen aber nicht...

"I really wanted to give this hotel 5 star, but I simply can’t! The majority of the hotel is perfection and it was an absolute luxury having three days there… the pool itself is a wonder with the view to mount Etna, and so is the restaurant next door to the pool which overlooks the water. One issue was the rooms. We were give a nice room but the electricity didn’t work. An electrician came and after 20 mins of waiting, it was back on. But then it broke again the next day and we were once again...

"This is an oasis of quiet. An old farmhouse, beautifully appointed. They will make dinner and breakfast for you. There is a lovely restaurant-bar area. You can walk a little ways in the woods. There is a pool. It was a relief to spend two nights here away from the cities. The mt etna park is just 23km away. Perfect!"
