"I’ve traveled through many cities in Colombia. I have never had such a great experience as I did in this hotel. Staff… Friendly, Helpful , Respectful and always Attentive! Breakfast…. AMAZING!!! Best breakfast you could get out of any hotel in Colombia! By far the absolute best. Location. Right in the center of the town square. Close to absolutely everything in walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel"

"El hotel esta muy bien ubicado cerca de la Plaza Mayor, y tiene un estilo bonito colonial. Por otra parte, las habitaciones son mas basicas de lo esperado, necesitan toallas en mejores condiciones, por lo menos incluir shampoo y cortinas de privacidad durante el dia, pues si abre la ventana para tener luz todos los huespedes ven su habitacion al pasar. El desayuno igual es muy muy basico, y el servicio necesita mejora, por lo menos un poco de amabilidad y atencion al cliente (es raro ver al encargado del hotel)"

"Terrible hotel, looks nice from the outside , but the rooms are old , smell bad and they were not too clean. When we got there , there was noone attending the service desk , it took awhile for someone to come. We asked if they can recommend a place to have dinner , and their response was that they could not help us with that. We were also given a set price when we made the reservations and once there, they charged us additional 19%. Don't come here, find a better hotel. The charge was too much for quality of the room. I will not recommend this hotel to family that loves to travel in colombia. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel — we only wish it had been longer. The amenities looked amazing, and although we only had time to use the jacuzzi, it was great. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, and the food options were good and reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be back! My only suggestion for improvement is the access road to the property — it could use some repairs, as it’s quite rough on vehicles."
