Great place to stay - we stayed in one of the motel style rooms and it was large, clean, and perfect for our needs. Definitely recommend the onsite tavern from the 1700s.
the room was clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. the only issue was at check-in when the woman gave us the wrong keys and the wyong directions to our room.
This hotel is a very old historic hotel. It has several different locations around the property to stay in. The restaurant was very good. The town is a fun place to visit. I would recommend this hotel.
Everything was ok and very nice. Loved the setup the rustic look. Everything was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was of good qlaytit and served well in a nice beautiful setting .. Only issue we faced in the overnight taya was that the hot water was broken. They promptly called the bldganagement to fix it. However we had to leave and took shower in luck warm water.
Will stay again and will recommend . Must visit and stay if you come this way
Nice room in one the smaller buildings on the hotels small campus. Good free breakfast. Main part of hotel is America's oldest Inn and interesting.

The rooms need some updates the lighting in the room was terrible. Air conditioning worked fine and plenty of hot water. The breakfast provided with the room was great.

Room spacious. On ground floor near main lobby as requested. Directions by front desk to our building were unclear and we wandered outside w a heavy bag for a while until another staff member redirected us. Centrally located to shops and restaurants
It’s an amazing location in the heart of Rhinebeck. Our room was fine, except for the bathroom. The toilet handle was installed backward and that made it hard to get the tank to refill; a couple of times had to lift the cover to make it work.
Unique place to stay. We had the smallest room I think I’ve ever stayed in with one chair and a window air conditioner. But it’s old so it is what it is. Loved the tavern in the evening. Friendly kind staff throughout ! Convenient location to everything! Breakfast was served down the block which wasn’t convenient and it was just ok. Don’t think I’ll stay here again but I’m glad I had the experience.
The property is lovely. Unfortunately we did have quite a few problems when we arrived- phone didn’t work, a/cc was freezing and we weren’t able to control it, the tv didn’t work. The good news is they corrected most of the issues. Our room was next to the outside door and unfortunately every time someone came in It slammed many, many times. The good news was the staff were very nice and tried to correct things the best they could. Great location and super walkable.
We usually only leave positive reviews but we just couldn’t for this stay. 3 out of 4 front desk clerks were very unwelcoming. One had her head glued to computer monitor and never even made eye contact with us.
The complimentary breakfast was extremely disappointing. The croissants and other pastries were stale. We took a short walk to a local bakery/cafe where everything was fresh and worth paying for.
The bar was dark, dreary, and depressing.
Hope you have a better experience than we did.
Classic historic hotel- loved the cozy lobby with fireplace and the morning coffee, and the taproom. TV in the room was a little wonky but weren’t really there to watch TV.
We've visited Beekman Arms numerous times. If you're someone who loves history and antiques, it's the place for you. What makes it a particular favorite, though, is the staff.
Room was clean, simple, and quiet. Efficient check--in and check-out. Continental breakfast was a cut above the usual, with good-quality pastries and plenty of options. I would have liked an easy chair and reading lamp in my room, but otherwise it was a nice place to stay - a beautiful historic property. Will try the tavern next time.
