"Not aware of state of hotel under construction which apparently has been the case since October 2025. Pool not open. Woke in morning to sound of construction after being assured it was far from our room and would not be heard. Room was clean and newly renovated but all other areas of hotel, lobby, dining room and hallways dusty and under construction. This information should be disclosed before booking and rates lowered to reflect lack of pool amenity and construction state of hotel until...

"Very disappointed with the service. The toilet was broken, the shower was broken, the parking lot was under construction and the front desk information was terrible for reference to the parking. There was no apology or a credit if any sort while we were there or leaving. I will never return to this hotel "

"The room was crawling with Silverfish. Nothing they could do because we booked with Expedia. Is there anything Expedia can do ?"

"A good location, the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, my TV didn’t work, but the TV in the room next to me worked because I heard everything coming out of it through the paper thin walls all night. Loud corridors and the fridge in the room was loud in operation. The breakfast choices were very limited for people with dietary restrictions. I’m celiac, and they couldn’t offer gluten-free bread. I ordered a vegetarian omelette for breakfast, which came with chunks of pork...

"Room was good.. small amount of garbage missed on corner though from previous person. They loss points for me with that . Otherwise it was a good stay . Would stay again"
