"No FOX TV for World Cup!! TV's should be working! No ice on 4th floor...went to 3rd...no ice went to 1st inquiring at front desk...ice on 2nd floor!! 100° day and no cold water to greet guests...empty container. Breakfast was good...could use fruit juice and fresh fruit."

"We had 5 people staying in 2 rooms. Despite the fact that there were very specific directions provided to operate the TV, none of us could figure out. There’s no need for a TV to be so complicated. Very disappointing. Otherwise, this hotel was super & I would stay there again. Great location."
