"Absolutely our favorite hotel we stayed at in our trip to Italy. The staff was amazing fron the start (the automatic door they open from behind the desk when you are coming up the stairs with your luggage was a nice surprise) The hotel is VERY clean and whatever they use to mop all the tile smells amazing!
