"I am so happy I booked this room. After reading reviews, I was a bit hesitant, but this room was amazing! The hotel itself is a bit dated, but it was just perfect. I booked an internal view and we ended up getting upgraded to the MOST BEAUTIFUL balcony view facing the city and it was just perfect. The shower was great, everything was clean, and the free breakfast was great. The air conditioning worked great. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing, but you’ll figure it out. We came in May 2026, so sadly the pool does not open until June. On our last morning, we were going to play tennis, but it rained the night before so we decided against it, as the courts were wet. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone and would definitely come back. Overall, this is not the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but you can’t beat the price and the views. "

"This place was the best! The room and bathroom is great, with a great view, updated facilities, etc. but the staff are also very helpful and gave recommendations for places to go and eat and assisted with scheduling a ride back to Napoli."
