"Basic. Unhelpful check in desk on arrival who was rushing and was quite rude. Room was a good size but no proper duvet cover, 1 bedside light was faulty. Noisy fridge. Pool area was OK but the pool itself poorly maintained. Very basic gym area. High cost per night and poor value overall."
