"We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and have yet to hear back from a Manager regarding the numerous complaints we had with the service experienced. To begin with, I will note the positives: Clean room Friendly staff Beautiful views Now the negatives: Upon checking into our room at 7pm (following a telephone conversation had earlier in the morning regarding our children and dog joining us) we discovered that the extra beds were not in our room ready for our children to sleep on....

"We recently stayed at Penventon Park Hotel while visiting family in Redruth. Although we found parts of Redruth itself to be quite a deprived town, the hotel provided a very pleasant and relaxing stay on the edge of town with great parking available. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff encountered was extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming. "Have stayed here for a long weekend every year since 2022 in a deluxe sea view room, buffet breakfast is lovely too with lots of choices, please note breakfast is £18 pp extra, beautiful spot with amazing views over St Ives but you may need a taxi back up to the hotel from town as it’s a killer hill 😳"

"The room was lovely and the ocean view was a lovely touch. The room was clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and quick to reply. Feedback: breakfast took far too long (over and hour) despite the cafe not seeming busy. The lack of lifts didn’t make it easy for disabled people."
