"We love staying at the Hilton however this past experience was not so great. The staff upon checkout were all rude and showed a bit of racism and favoritism. Never expected that because in the past it was always a pleasurable experience. The room was awesome except for the shower door wouldn't close properly without lifting up on it and the hot water wasn't working properly. Checking out made this stay very disappointing. Your staff needs to work on their customer service. Courtesy and kindness is key. The view was breath taking.l "

However, couches not comfortable & very worn, would have been nice to know that we needed to bring coffee filters & paper towels & toilet paper need to be upgraded to better quality products.
