"The site was very nice. I think the entry pad needs to be a little easier to get into the location. It was a bit further from the airport than expected. The taxi runs about $35 Euro each way. My phone dropped out in a taxi they got me and they went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. They also went above and beyond to help give me ideas for sites to see in Rome. "

There is many restaurants around the house, grocery store, everything in walkable areas
Mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Hosts are very kind and answering for every question. They provide the airport transportation if you need.

"Stayed overnight for an early morning flight and could not be more pleased. The hotel is new, clean and the staff are very helpful and attentive. Rooms are a good size, clean and well presented. The area around is uninspiring but the wsterfront and restaurants are only 10 minutes walk away. Recommended."
"I would give this place 6 stars if I could. It was extremely clean, in walking distance from lots of waterfront restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you want to flyvout of rome and spend a day or 2 in a quite, safe, and well-maintained place near the water. Staying at this guest house was one of the highlights of our trip.

"I felt very welcomed at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The close proximity to the beach is ideal for walking. The shuttle to the airport was quick and affordable, and took me right to the terminal I had to get to. This is a great option if you need to stay close to the airport. "This was a perfect location to stay on our one day we had before traveling from Rome back home. We could walk to the beach and there are all kinds of restaurants right there. My only caution would be to make a reservation which we didn't do but luckily we found a table at Ippolito Osteria, located at Via della Torre Clementina and the waiter and staff was great! "
