This is an outstanding property and a great location on the Portland waterfront. Large rooms and bathrooms, very clean and well appointed - and a very comfortable bed. Our check-in was one of the best experiences we've ever had and check out as well - and that is all due to Abby - who is a shining example of what excellent hotel service should be. We feel the AC Hotel is a great value and are planning to return to Portland for a longer stay later this year.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Im very picky and they made sure my stay was a 10/10. The location couldn’t have been more perfect conveniently situated close to everything I wanted to see and do, yet still peaceful and relaxing. It made getting around incredibly easy and saved me so much time. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I could ask for. Every detail seemed carefully considered to ensure guests have a great experience. Overall, this was truly a fantastic stay. Between the excellent service, ideal location, and comfortable accommodations, I couldn’t have asked for more. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and would happily stay here again.
