First of all, the hotel is not accessible by car. When we arrived, the front desk suggested us to leave the car in the bus stop and drag all our pieces of luggage 2 blocks to reach the hotel. After the checkin, the front desk gave us completely wrong information about the public parking close by.
The hotel has live music till midnight in the amenities and it looked the band was playing inside my room. Asked to the front desk about the music and they mentioned they would lower the volume but never did. If you expect to sleep before midnight, don’t come to this hotel.
On the next day, we asked for swimming pool towels, but, of coarse, no one was on the towel station till after 9am.
Room service provided only one towel and didn’t fill up the shower soap and it ended in the middle of my shower. Called front desk and they took 35 min to take it, so I was waiting to finish my shower while that.
The front desk and people related to the issues didn’t say at least “sorry” for the bad services at any moment and it looked we are the ones bothering them.
The hotel says it is a 4 star hotel, but this is an Ibis with larger rooms, lobby and restaurant super decadent.
1st floor rooms have the windows right close to the roofing and, for few times, random people were walking in the roofing looking inside the rooms.
