"Beautifully presented, clean apartment in a great area of Milan. Easily accessible from both Milan centre and train station. Incredible cafe just a few doors down that has great coffee and pastries for breakfast and lots of options near by for lunch and dinner.

"The apartment I was assigned was not the one in the photos online. At first, it appeared to be a nicer one. It was not! The jacuzzi tub, which was pointed out upon arrival, did not work. There was black mold in the shower. I was told it couldn't be cleaned until the day I was scheduled to check out.The a c had one setting - sub-Arctic!
