"Love the stay. Everything was excellent"

"The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. The rest of the stay was not enjoyable. In fact we had to go to another hotel because of the air conditioning. They advertise air conditioning and it is very very poor. The hallway had better A/C than the room. It literally took over 12 hours to grow 76 degrees to 71 degrees. It didnt help that it was 101 degrees that day with 85% humidity. Management kept saying be patient it will get there.f you're staying during winter it would be alright,...

"Room was not ready was told 30 minutes, still not ready told 10 minutes, waited no one came after 30 minutes, complained and took another 15 minutes, not to happy after an overnight flight from U.S."

"Everything about the hotel was perfect. The hotel amenities were great, including the breakfast. It was a short walk to the historic centre, close to grocery stores and within minutes of bus stops. The staff was very helpful with tips and information about how to get to the different areas of the city we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again."
