"The room was okay, elevators were down with only 1 working causing lots of delays. We were on the 7th floor. The beaches were awesome and staff was friendly. However, they over charged me nearly $700. When I called to dispute they claimed it wasn’t them but it clearly was, so now my Credit Card company ..."

ChartHouse Clearwater Beach Marina Hotel
"Elevator was broken for 24hr. We were on the 6th floor. No other options available. Thankfully we were capable to do the stairs, but some guests were not. Pool and hot tub were amazing!! Bar/restaurant were nice and convenient. We had a great view."
