"I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and Housekeeping never gave me clean sheets, the floor was never cleaned. I had the same soap on my soap dish and was never giving a new one. There are only 2 signs in the building that No smoking."

"This is my go-to hotel every trip to Clearwater. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful at any given time! (Julianna, Tameka, Kelly and Gretchen are ACES!!!!). Pool is perfect and all of the new amenities/perks were a nice bonus!"
