Old refrigerator; door did not close, freezer was full of frost. Very few patrons; good because cheap hollow core doors shut very loudly and marble floors very noisy. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce lieu familial, le personnel est très sympathique et agréable, tout est propre et organisé pour que tout se déroule au mieux. Nous avions loué une voiture pour la semaine afin de pouvoir découvrir l'île et il a été très facile pour nous de garer la voiture, peu importe l'heure à laquelle nous rentrions. "We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. "Beautiful location. Nothing nearby as far as restaurants go so a car is ideal. They have a shuttle few times a day that you pay one way for. There is a small pebble beach which is really gorgeous for a swim and snorkel right by the parking lot. Breakfast is nice, lots of choices. Coffee machine worked by the third day but was quite slow for the amount of people wanting coffee. So that was a little backed up every time. They had a few kettles with black coffee but only one espresso coffee...

Draußen konnten wir uns auf der Terrasse entspannen, hatten einen großen Esstisch und genossen den Duft der Jasminbüsche. Der Besitzer Stavros ist sehr um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste bemüht. "Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a gorgeous setting. The views are breathtaking taking. Very conveniently located to a public beach which is a really good beach, we visited frequently. The hotel is well located near the main town and lots of local restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed."

"We had high expectations for this property, especially given the good communication from the owner before our arrival, who provided helpful information. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped. The biggest issue was the noise. Our room (Room 3) was located next to a busy road, and the bin collection at 5:00 AM added to the disturbance. The rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear everything from neighboring rooms—doors closing, showers running, conversations, and even toilets...

"We loved our stay at this beautiful, centrally located hotel. After long days of exploring the island, the quiet and comfortable rooms provided a fantastic night's sleep. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-stocked with towels, and featured balconies with stunning bay views. While the showers were a bit tight and the air conditioning was slightly weak for the island heat, it didn't impact us much since we were out most of the day.
