I asked 3 times for it to be fixed and it was partially fixed and then fell off again making it uncomfortable to sleep as the bed tilted. The television went off a few times. ..."

"The hotel didn’t look like the pictures that were advertised. They neglected to inform us that the elevator wasn’t working and we were left to carry our own luggage up and down 2 flights of stairs. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant food and drinks were nice."
