"Der Check in war katastrophal weil der Code für die Tür nicht funktioniert hat. Bis wir dann endlich jemanden erreicht haben über eine Klingel hat es gedauert. Dann haben wir einen Schlüssel für das Zimmer bekommen . Die Klimaanlage ging nicht. Die Handtücher haben muffig gerochen . Wenn man nicht viel erwartet ist es ok ."

"The hotel is lovely clean and modern. The room was basic but was a good size and had a nice balcony. We had a small kitchen and fridge which was useful. We had come to relax and were a little apprehensive we had booked a party hotel given the proximity to Magaluf , but had no issues. There was some noise from neighbours on balconies in the evenings, but nothing after midnight which was fine by us. We had a great stay and the area was perfect. "Comfortable stay at The he Casablanca with friendly staff. One small note is that when staff are clearing breakfast plates etc on the terrace they throw cutlery everywhere c into boxes causing loud sharp noises constantly. This is a simple thing to stop as they can just place things at the same speed. Sort that and I would be giving even better score."
