Check in was a disaster, the Lady was dumb as a rock, kept making mistakes, told me a room would be ready in 30 mins, I waited 2 hrs, then another dumb lady suggested they are not even in communication " not in the loop" when it comes to getting rooms ready. I wont ever be back, period

Gorgeous hotel, you get what you pay for…except parking. It baffles me that you have to pay for parking as a hotel guest.
