"Nice hotel but the front was undergoing renovations so the entrance was canal side. Cobbled street between the hotel and the canal meant cars and the occasional bus were noisy. Staff were friendly and amenable."

"Brilliant location. Spotless. Friendly reception staff, efficient check in/out. Very comfortable bed quiet room. Shower head broken, didn’t stay up! New style coffee machine, simple to use once shown but struggled initially. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you."
