"The hotel has open land on each side, making for a private, uncrowded beach atmosphere. Pensacola has one of the prettiest beaches I've been to. The hotel room was very clean, and I felt safe. Stayed in a 1 BR unit so we were not in the towers and they put us on the first floor so view of the ocean was blocked by the dunes. Would prefer to say in the towers which are 3-4 BR units. "Everything was nice. Only thing i can say is the unit I stayed in was very pretty but the beds were not that comfortable. For the price i paid for the stay and the quality of the mattress was not great. Getting in was a headache had to call the 1800 number for help a lot of people were stuck at the gate because some issue on getting in."
