I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and felt comfortable right away. The hotel is gorgeous.
My room was always clean. I am someone who tends to return to my hotel room multiple times a day to rest and recharge. Housekeeping somehow managed to tidy up while I was out each time. On a few occasions they left a sweet detail, like a chocolate or tiny bottled fragrance.
Francisco and Alexia at the front desk were so kind and intuitive...
"This hotel is top-notch! The hotel is pristine inside and everything looks high class. The outside and inside photos on the booking sites do not do this hotel justice. We are so glad we booked this hotel; it’s very quiet, staff is courteous and helpful, the junior suite room we stayed is wonderful and it represents well what a 4 star hotel should be. Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, activities, and sites. We like this hotel so much, we ended staying at a Aurea Hotel...
"The property was better than we expected. It was clean, tidy, quiet and very comfortable. It had cooking facilities with all the necessary utensils. The bathrooms were so nice and a decent size too. The staff were super helpful. The pool was nice after a long hot day of walking. The parking was at the actual hotel and was secure. It was in a great area with everything close by. Couldn't ask for much more (and I can be fussy). Would definitely go back."

"The hotel is located at Gran Via avenue, and near to the cathedral, which is convenient to transportation to other tourist locations e.g. Alhambra. The hotel is new but the air condition in our room did not work. We asked the concierge to solve this problem. Initially he said that he was not in charge of this, but later he told us that we had to wait 10 min after turn on the air condition to work. However, it did not work at all. Fortunately, the climate was not hot, otherwise we could not stand...
