Ladies at the front deak are super efficient and helpful. Stayed for 4 nighta at the annex with a patio right outside with a lovely fountain. Room is clean and bed comfy. Quiet and with stylish ans new decor too. Better yet is to offer complimentary breakfast when paying cash at the front desk, just the same as booking through the odficial website. The offer shouls be the same and not different.

Our stay here was excellent. The hotel is well located, within easy walking distance of major sights and bars. The staff were really friendly. The room we stayed in was incredibly clean, comfortable and quiet. You couldn't ask for more in a hotel room.
