"Great spot for charactercool old architecture! I was able to check-in early and check-out later, due to a very late flight. While waiting I was able to store my suitcase and check out the castle! First time in Hamilton and I will certainly be back."

"Such a pathetic hotel I even stayed in my life. Dirty bed sheets, spring was so off on bed, dust everywhere, walls are all mould. I can’t express how awful the experience was."

"Great overall"

"Room was clean; bed was comfortable"

"I had a very enjoyable stay at this property and was impressed by the overall experience. The property was lovely, and the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Their hospitality certainly contributed to making my stay a positive one. Unfortunately, there was one issue that detracted from the experience. The bathroom sink was in an unacceptable condition, as every time I turned on the water, a very unpleasant odour came from the drain. This was disappointing and something that I...

"Beautiful hotel. Immaculate service and property"

"There was no ice in any machine on any floor. The tv channel selection was poor and some of the channels offered had poor reception. Parking fees were outrageous and we were only made aware of the costs after we checked in."

"No complaints. Two restaurants on site. Close to QEW freeway. Shopping a few steps away including Walmart and assorted stores in strip mall."

"When checking in we requested to be in a room that was not close to the elevators and shared we wanted to be in a quieter area - close to the elevators tends to be noisier. We were placed in room 502 facing Upper James. It was very loud. My advice would be to ask to not be placed in a room facing Upper James due to the constant traffic - especially at night. There were lots of unknown stains on the ceilings, walls and sheets. There is no water pressure if that matters to you. The TV / cable did...
