"The only problems are #1 , the a/c on the rooms are not adequate, I had to purchase a fan to make it bearable #2, the elevators, even though there are 4, many times one was out of service or there were so many guests that you wait for more than 10 minutes and still can't get on one, in 19 days I had to take the stairs to the tenth floor 5 times in sweltering heat, when you do get on one it stops on almost every floor and they are very hot inside. Other than that it was good"

"This property is nice in a part of town long forgotten. It’s sad, Acapulco moved down the road to an area that doesn’t have the charm. This place is clean and cool and right on the beach. The beach gets very crowded as it’s popular with locals. It’s a great spot that got left behind."

"Simple room with AC,TV in a central location. Walkable to the Zocolo for a great price. Downsides are there is no view, the bathroom needed updating and it’s kinda in a shady back alley. No Pool. "
