"Excellent service all around, the staff is very friendly and attentive, even though we had specific requirements for our food we were always served with hospitality. We really enjoyed our dinner times with entertainment!
It was a great experience and we’ll definitely consider staying here again for our trip to Playa Hermosa "

"Beautiful property. Very clean, quiet, peaceful. Just sitting in the room felt like a holiday itself! Staff were attentive and courteous. Food at the hotel restaurant was very good. We saw monkeys, iguanas, and raccoons at the pool. Beach is truly beautiful. Very calm, minimal waves. This is my perfect type of beach. My young teens, however, said that the beach was "too boring" after having been at some beaches with more waves/surf. This was our last stop on our way home after 2 weeks spent...

"The place is beautiful, very close to the beaches, it is also very clean. The only concern I have is that I didn't have hot water to bath. I had to stay 2 days and I couldn't take a shower with hot water and I didn't like that"

"The staff are so kind and helpful! The food is absolutely amazing! The rooms are large and clean! The wildlife is entertaining: a group of howler monkeys swung from tree to tree and put on quite a show! We would stay here again!"
