Great spot for the money. 10 min walk to 5th ave and 15mins to beach. Staff is very friendly. Was hard to find because expedia address was wrong. Go to their website to locate.

Great stay, we enjoyed how quiet is it, we can relax and sleep very well. During the day they have an awesome rooftop pool where you can see the beautiful sunset. Also walkable distance from the main 5th avenue, where you will find shops restaurants and everything you need. Walkable distance (5 minutes) from the public beach (really beautiful)

The reception staff are friendly, and the building is "new," so it looks very nice. I was there for a week. You have to pay to get the key to your room and also a cleaning fee. I think these fees should be included in the reservation. Sometimes there was no cold water (if there's no cold water, the toilet won't have water either), no hot water, or no water at all. It's known that there are many water problems in the municipality, but they should be prepared to continue supplying guests.

Management was not clear with instructions at checkin despite trying to contact with questions before arriving. Found 3 people in their checkin with is remarkable most hotels have one person and are far more responsive. Even once there, there was limited to no communication on policies and many policies were stated one way on Expedia and differently when arriving. There is no signage for the hotel and the door is hidden and unmarked. Come through the door less than a foot from a pool then sit in a tiny smelly undersized “lobby” where there’s a coffee machine and waters and yet not be offered anything during checkin. Guests are given wristbands that aren’t a complete loop and just expected to figure it out. These are recycled and cloth and not sanitary. Management didn’t know how to charge me $2 for their towel fee and I sat for 20 minutes waiting to check in. Listing stated free water bottles but there were none in the room. When asked management was petty and asked for 50 cents each. Roof pool and other areas were dirty and was unkept. Wasted time coming here and you can’t get vacation time back. Don’t let the obviously paid for reviews fool you this is no boutique hotel.

The room was very cute and comfortable, great location and good WiFi to work remotely. The rooftop is great and the staff was super helpful letting me store my bags at the beginning and end of my trip. The only negative thing was, no hot water in the shower then after a couple days they said it was fixed but I would have to run the shower on hot for 10-15 mins before it started to warm up and the hot water pressure wasn’t great.

Property is clean, nice terrace, however some debris has been left behind. Room was small, but you can find everything you may need. Check in was slow and an argentinian lady at the front desk does not have an idea of what Customer service is.

Sketchy Checkin.

When I arrived they stated that my reservation was canceled and tried to have me re-purchase. They mentioned Hotels.com actually books via Expedia which was weird. I finally was able to show them my booking and they gave me the keys. No free coffee. No free water. Note: Don't book a city view because they will give you a court yard where you can't open your windows unless you want people seeing in.

Cute and clean

Cute, cozy, budget friendly stay. It was difficult to find because the wrong address is listed. I dont think its by accident. However the staff were very nice, accomodating, and helpful. Check in is a little haphazard, but the rooms, while basic, offer everything needed. Super cleen with a well stocked kitchenette. If you are young and can walk or bike, it is a great budget choice. More difficult for me as an older person. I did not see the top pool bcs it rained my entire few days. I recommend.
