The Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen is a great property. The rooms were big and clean. We even had a jacuzzi in our room. The pools were great and the activities were fun. The staff were all friendly and willing to help. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, and the food was good.

Great food, perfect location, staff had great attention to detail. Pools are clean, the entire property was very clean. beach view was fantastic. 5th Ave is a block away.

I had a great stay @ The Reef 28. The hydrotherapy @ the spa was exceptional, differently one of the highlights of my trip.
