"This hotel was excellent. It was quaint and modern at the same time. We rented two rooms with sea view and I highly recommend it. The staff was very nice and very sweet towards my grand baby. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Brilliant location. Room had a mini bar and was spacious. If coming over from Uk/Ireland, don’t expect Tea/Coffee in the room, that not a done thing in most Spanish hotels. Staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t have been more accommodating "

"One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever walked into, the lobby and bar area was gorgeous and a great place for a nightcap as the day winds down. We were greeted by the staff upon check-in, and they were so friendly and took the time to show us the spots to hit around Bilbao. "The hotel was very well laid out, clean and spacious. The team were excellent a helpful. Although we didn’t make use of it they have their own bar and restaurant attached. "We are half way through a full week's stay in this hotel and we almost feel "blessed" to have found it at all. Been traveling the perimeter of Spain on a months long odyssey and by a wide margin this is the best hotel we have experienced thus far with only one more stay remaining. "Neues, modernes Hotel in perfekter Lage am Fluss direkt gegenüber der Altstadt. Das Personal ist total nett und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer groß mit Holzfussboden und superbequemem Bett, die Dusche riesig, alles war extrem sauber. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten raus. Auch die Dachterrasse mit Pool und tollem Blick haben uns sehr gefallen, ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel!"
