"I had to upgrade my room because the first room smelled stale and didn’t seem clean. Also there was almost no ocean view when there was supposed to be a partial ocean view. The good options could have been better but the staff (especially in the bar ) were excellent. I most enjoyed my unobstructed ocean view and the exterior amenities such as rooftop pool and outside eating areas. It didn’t feel like a luxury hotel. "

"Hôtel bien situé, proche plage et centres d’intérêts (aquarium, petit train !) et arrêt de bus pour se rendre dans le centre-ville en 20 minutes. Le personnel est très agréable et bienveillant, tant dans les chambres qu’au restaurant et au spa Le côté adultes only est agréable et reposant et cette vue incroyable du roof pour un apéro musical est magnifique Juste bémol mais l’hôtel n’y peut rien, il y a beaucoup d’allemand alentours qui ne respectent pas vraiment les autres "

"I stayed here for two nights on a business trip, and for that purpose it was… fine. Functional, but not somewhere I’d pick for a holiday. My room opened straight onto the pool, which was a nice touch, but the pool itself is pretty average and overlooked by a very unattractive adjoining building. The room was okay overall, though one towel was slightly stained. The TV had no remote control, and the fridge wasn’t cold, just made a loud noise, so I had to unplug it. Not ideal. The biggest issue...

"Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu dritt ( drei Kolleginen) hatten je ein Einzelzimmer wobei eine Kollegin ein ganz kleines Fenster im Zimmer hat wie eine Luke die allerdings nach einer Beschwerde sofort am nächsten Tag umgesetzt wurde ohne Aufpreis, das war eine schöne Geste. Es gab jeden Tag ein Themen-Land beim Essen. Leider waren wir mit "Italien Tag" etwas enttäuscht weil es keine Spaghetti gab😂😂Es war trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt mittendrin und doch abseits vom Trubel...

"Lovely property. Lovely staff. We were the only non-German at the hotel and resort area - not an issue except it felt like little Germany and not Spain. Breakfast was great but no-one ever checked us off a list so we could have got it for free lol! Great air con in room. It was nice and noisy as it drowned out any people and door noises so we slept well as beds were great! Had to pay €4 per night for the safe!! Never done that in over 30 years travelling! Pool towels available from reception.....

"Solides Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und bot eine gute Auswahl. Der Kaffee war super und die Eierstation mit frisch zubereiteten Eiern war ein echtes Highlight. Auch das Abendessen war lecker und qualitativ besser als erwartet. Die Lage ist etwas verwinkelt, aber man ist trotzdem in nur wenigen Minuten am Strand. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen."
