While your employee was helpful and understood, he should have offered to change the room when we asked and not after we had sorted alternative accommodation. Very very disappointed! No communication from management afterwards as promised."

"Staff is very good. The room is small. Hotel is neat and clean. Our room had two separate beds joined together. Normally, we expect one large bed. At least one bottle of water should be provided in room. "

"Really hard to sleep in a room that has an all night light on the deck. Tiny room could barely move. Had to ask to have the door between reception and guest rooms closed as it was very noisy. Would not recommend this hotel and would definitely not stay there again. It also advertised a free shuttle to the airport too which we discovered was not included."

"First class establishment, staff was very helpful. Location was perfect. Restaurant staff was excellent, food and drinks were awesome! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Go for it, you will not be disappointed."
