"The hotel is charming and ideally situated. The proprietor, Sebastien, was great. We stayed for four nights and had a fantastic time in the cozy (with fireplace), welcoming hotel. "

"Beautiful old village in the gorgeous alps near around Mont Blanc. Beautiful drive up the winding roads. Clean, quiet, lovely friendly staff, easy free parking, in the town of St.-Germain-Les-Bains. The room was huge and had a nice balcony we could look out over another village down in the valley. We did not take the breakfast but it looked nice. We drove 20" to Chamonix to take the gondola (telepherique). Totally worth the ticket price to go to the top! Astonishing beauty and history....

"Clean, convenient from train station, and had a bonus fun activity within the hotel —bowling! Staff wasn’t overly helpful or friendly, but it was fine. We would stay here again."

"Check-in time is at 4pm. Staff comes in at that time. Breakfast starts at 8am. The staff that is there to check-in and provide service till 8pm was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are small as it seems to be geared for the skiers. Good location once you get there. Without a car directions are deceiving and the walk is long with trailing luggage. Try to get the bus from the train station which will take you up the mountain (it’s free). This bus can also take you to other near by towns (such as...

"We had bad impression since we arrived. We choose this hotel because they saud they have shuttle bus. So when we arrive at train station, we actually called them to ask them to pick us up caz 2 of us had 3 luggages. The person who picked up the phone refused and said he could not come to pick up as he was the reception and cannot leave the hotel. And said we could walk to hotel only 400 m. So we walked up and the road is on the way up to the hill for the whole 400 m. Can you imagin 2 small...

"Cannot recommend. Very stuffy hot room overlooking a carpark. No air conditioning so slept with noisy fan. Horrible dirty walls with lots of quashed mosquitoes from previous guests. Beds uncomfortable with low quality pillows, plastic under sheets and empty toiletries in bathroom. Avoid - much better places in the area."
