Great place to stay, right on the spotless beach, under well maintained coconut trees, but not if you look forward to quiet nights : the bar next door will keep you awake a good part of the night!

What a cozy and well-located room in Placencia. Our cabana was right on the beach. The busy and fun bar next door had music playing till midnight, but for us, that was great -- just made it more like beach living. The rooms are in great condition and the staff is wonderful. Santiago keeps the beach and room area in perfect shape and is very attentive. We felt at home, and we could walk the Placencia sidewalk for coffee, breakfast, and night life at all times. There is a public parking lot very close, so we parked our rental. Cannot wait to come back!

The room was clean and spotless. The amenities were basic but felt like we didn’t need anything so worked out. Next to Barefoot bar. Not as noisy as we thought thou. Right on beach. Little walk down the yard and walk through gate and onto beach. Clean beach. Raked daily. Cons The soap dispenser in shower was out so we went out and bought one which was fine in the end. The shower head needs to be replaced as well as there was sharp edges on the drain. Needs new pillows. These were flat. Overall great stay for 4 days.

Prime ocean front! Beautiful location, Shelly, Santiago and staff were all great! Shelly got us a trip to Moho Caye and we had a wonderful time. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not it. If you are looking for local culture, wonderful people and location then you will have a wonderful time. The bar next door was noisy, which we knew and were warned about but we didn’t mind. We would go back!

Everything was great. Shellyjay met me upon arrival, knew my name and escorted me to my room. She gave a great introduction and overview of the property and surrounding area, including groceries, dining and bars. Great relaxing getaway. I'll be back!

The location was incredible and the staff were friendly and incredibly accomodating. A chair in my room needed to be replaced and the TV was not fully installed yet, but neither of those things detracted from the experience in any meaningful way. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Placencia.

Amazing location in the middle of everything. Bring earplugs because the barefoot bar is right next door… We stayed in a simple clean cabana right on the beach! Can’t beat the view. Super friendly staff :)
