"I was absolutely appalled at this hotel. They price gouged like crazy .... spent over $1300 for 2 nights. I tried to change the reservation due to a major family medical issue and they wouldn't budge- even with hospital and legal documentation I provided. So... we ended up going instead of wasting ..."
