"Beds were not very comfortable and toiletries provided were too small. There were 3 adults in our room and the bottles of shampoo, etc., were .75 ounces. Also had issues with the television. Staff said they were new but they were programmed incorrectly so that the channel did not line up with the menu. Otherwise, the room was ok. Would probably not stay there again however."

"When I arrived I was not aware it was a $ 30 extra pre day for insurance property damage minus the $8 parking per day . Also they were telling different information on the remaining blance would be released. Also on the complimentary drinks, everything was only told to certain people. This was just the worst experience ever I am traveling for school and I wanted to be relaced and comfortable."

"Don’t get me wrong you get what you pay for, but the room was poorly cared for the housekeeping did not do a great job cleaning the room. There was a dirty rag from the last guest hanging on the shower curtain rod. There was a dead bug in the bathtub. It was just poorly cleaned, and the equipment was not the best but for the price range it would probably be considered OK."

"The room was clean and the bed was just okay, not very comfortable but good enough. The breakfast was nice, but over a 5 day period it didn't change much from day to day. And they don't use real eggs, it was the egg powder mixed with water. But there was a decent amount of other items. The fitness center was small and had just a few options, but better than nothing. Oh, and Stephen, the chef at the restaurant downstairs, is a good dude. He works hard and does a good job. Overall, we would likely stay here again."

"They gave us a room that was already occupied! We got there around midnight! My husband went to find a place to park.I went on up to the room and unlocked the door and a man jumped out of the bed! He was not happy and neither was I ! But the people at the desk acted like it was nothing. But it is and was the manager said she would contact me and let me know what can be done.But I doubt they even will.But I will keep pushing until they do.That was and could of been a bad situation!"
