As always, super helpful & friendly staff. Very comfy bed, large quiet rooms with good food & drinks.

All staff encountered were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Room very clean. Breakfast excellent.

Hotel was lovely. Marco was very helpful and served a great breakfast. Room was large size, comfortable. Would stay again.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful and the decorations for Christmas were stunning. We loved spending time in the lounge area by the fire, the breakfast was very tasty and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would highly recommend. My ownly fault, and this isnt unique to this hotel, is that we paid an additional price for our four month son to stay (which is expected). Then when checking in online, we were asked to pay an extra price for a cot. That's like...

Small very clean and short walk to the centre!

We loved the garden which is unique to a city hotel. Very airey and spacious hotel, with different areas to relax. Part of the hotel has a museum collection for World War 1, which is very interesting. Staff very attentive and pleasant.

Brilliant Christmas stay, great staff

Breakfast is great. Good wellness center and indoor pool

Brilliant stay!

I took my girlfriend to Bruges for her 24th birthday and chose the best western for its decor and room size not expecting much. What we actually got was the nicest hotel we have stayed in not just for size of room etc but the friendly nature of the hotel staff and their willingness to help out. They offer a great deal on taxis and a bus shuttle so your only a matter of minutes from Bruges. The restaurant was exceptional as we had the steak and it was quite literally the nicest steak we had ever...

Great hotel, central but in a quiet area. Breakfast is costly for leisure visitors €33/€35 per day. Lots of nearby cafes & restaurants. Very clean great rooms, very pleasant environment. Faultless. Reception is very helpful & friendly, relaxed environment. Lovely Spa, sauna & small pool, a real oasis in the city. Easy links to train station by trams T1, T3 & T4 with stops nearby (often not shown on google planner. Just be careful you go in the correct direction! Costs €2.50 just touch in with...

Location was excellent right in the heart of Bruges. Room was first class, clean spacious and very comfortable. Fantastic view over the square. Staff encountered were all helpful and polite. One of the best hotel stays we have ever had. Great job.

Great location, facilities and breakfast

It was pleasant stay. Staff was really nice and friendly.

Excellent hotel right in Brugge centre with parking - lovely rooms and bar/restaurant. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Sablon. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We arrived around 1:00 pm, well before the 3:00 pm check-in, and after leaving our luggage at reception, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready at 2:00 pm. The thoughtful touches, including chocolates, a welcome note, and cookies at checkout, made us feel genuinely welcome. We stayed in Room 36, which was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with a huge bed, three large windows, a...

It's in a really good spot for tourists but parking can be difficult. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast has a wide variety of things which was the same every day. Kids under a certain age are free for breakfast. They also do a promotion that you get a free drink at the bar if you decide ahead of time to skip the cleaners. We originally thought it was only one drink but it seemed like a free drink per person per day because we had 8 vouchers.
