Room and service superb. Friendly staff. Helpful and welcoming
Breakfast was fresh and buffet style.
No restaurant but across the road and 50 yards away is a great friendly rustic place.
The views are stunning from the outside sitting area.

"This is a very gorgeous property and very much a unique experience. The host is very gracious and the breakfast is quite plentiful. I did not get a chance to use the pool, but would have. Make sure that you message the host ahead of your arrival. There is a taxi service from Novafeltria, but I would recommend having a car to explore the area."

"The hotel was excellent although we had short visit due to business the surroundings were nice, the hotel clean and personal polite.
The only inconvenience is the lack of parking due to the location of the hotel right on the Main Street. They solved that my having one of their team promptly moving the car to garage. But it being like that one was limited to come and go with the car."

I felt bad that the hotel tried to reach out to me beforehand, to know what time I may arrive, but I was in the mountains and didn't see the message until we arrived at the hotel. "What a wonderful experience. The B&B is only a 7 minute easy drive from downtown Urbania. We sat outside our suite enjoying coffee and looking at the town below. Just follow signs along the dirt road to the B&B. "
