"I paid previous night and received confirmation of booking from Expedia. I called 3 tomes on the way from Dhaka but not picked up by anyone. When I reached at noon, the resort people were telling there was no booking in my name. I showed the booking confirmation. But they kept my car waiting out side of gate and asking me to cancel the booking!! "I was initially reluctant to book as it’s so new however the staff here were really helpful. The rooms clean and house keeping were keen to deliver really quick. Very impressed with how we have been treated as guest. The pick up from the airport was smooth. The location of the hotel is also central and 10/15 minutes away from the airport.
