"I really enjoyed our stay at the lodge and overall we had a very good experience. The inside was above our expectations. The rooms were newly refurbished, clean and comfortable, and the kitchen and dining areas were also really nicely done. The beds were comfortable and everything felt fresh and well looked after. "Great location, very clean, really well decorated, every thing you need for self catering. I would highly recommend this property"

"Amazing family farm house in a stunning location with beautiful views. Property was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything you need for a home away from home. Check in was smooth and any questions were answered efficiently by the hosts. Would definitely recommend to anyone family or small group who wish to get away from it all. Thank you"

"David and Rebecca were very welcoming. The room is nice and light and a lovely breakfast. Parking is easy."

"This property is beyond a ten in every way, it is everything an English country cottage should be. The village is delightful and the local pubs and people are very friendly. Lots of lovely walks. We were sad to leave."

"Excellent place to stay with a family, our 3,6 and 11 year olds loved the outdoor spaces, the gardens and play areas are fantastic and the lounge areas are also great for families. The room was a good size and the dining room had great food at decent prices, esp as kids eat for £1! You can walk directly from the hostel to many different paths into countryside or dovedale. Our family loved this place, I highly recommend it."
