"There was no Ac. Housekeeping was very nice and friendly. Now as far as front desk people they were a little rude especially the manager he gave me a 1 bed with no refrigerator and microwave when he said there be those in the room. My biggest concern is that when management let a person who is not registered or had no ID change my room without asking or getting permission from me to change rooms. He had no right To do that. No ID no rent. When I went to new the new room I wasn't happy cause I had No microwave no ac"

"Strong smell marijuana in hallway and room across the hall. We were on 2nd floor. U can’t help but smell it Iam sure housekeeping will realize it when cleaning. Fine that person, money will maybe make them stop n think. If they want to toke up. Go outside so other guests don’t have to smell it in their rooms and take a hit when they walk out to the hall!!! Second time in 2weeks of staying there that this has happened Front desk staff on check out was super nice. Took time to get us a couple of muffins Since we had to leave before breakfast opened"
